Visa Republic

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Visa Republic provides Australian migration and education consultancy services. We respect your privacy and aim to handle personal information responsibly in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and manage information when you visit our website, make an enquiry, submit a lead form, purchase a service or engage us.

1. Who we are

Visa Republic provides migration and education services, including services provided by Registered Migration Agent Ranbir Lambra (MARN 1794725). For privacy enquiries, contact [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:

Migration services may involve sensitive information, including health, character and other personal circumstances. We seek to collect this only where reasonably necessary and with consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

3. Facebook and Instagram lead forms

When you submit a Visa Republic advertisement enquiry through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, we may receive your name, email address, optional telephone number and responses to questions in that form. We use this information to respond, explain relevant services and arrange follow-up.

Submitting a lead form does not itself purchase a service, create a migration agent-client relationship or guarantee any visa outcome. Meta also processes information under its own privacy policy.

4. Website enquiries and online forms

We may collect information through our website, Tally forms, email and other enquiry channels. Fields depend on the form and service. We use submitted information to answer enquiries, arrange consultations, understand service requirements, administer purchases and provide requested services.

5. How we use information

6. Service providers and disclosure

We may use providers for hosting, online forms, email, customer relationship management, workflow automation, payments and advertising. Depending on the service, these may include Cloudflare, Tally, Meta, Stripe and other technology providers. Information may be shared with them to the extent reasonably necessary for the relevant function.

We may also disclose information to government agencies, educational institutions, professional advisers and other relevant parties when authorised or required in connection with your matter or by law. We do not sell personal information.

7. Overseas processing

Some technology providers operate internationally. Personal information may therefore be stored, accessed or processed outside Australia depending on their services and configurations. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps required by Australian privacy law in relation to overseas disclosures. Locations may vary by provider.

8. Payments

Online payments may be processed by Stripe or another identified payment provider. Payment-card information is handled by the processor under its applicable privacy and security arrangements. We may receive transaction details needed to confirm and administer your purchase.

9. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and to meet legal, regulatory, professional and recordkeeping requirements. Where appropriate and lawful, information no longer needed will be securely deleted or de-identified.

10. Access, correction and deletion requests

You may request access to personal information held about you or ask us to correct inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information by emailing [email protected]. We may verify your identity before responding.

We aim to respond to requests to access or correct personal information within 30 calendar days, or sooner where required by law. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why where required or appropriate. Deletion requests will be considered subject to applicable legal and professional recordkeeping obligations.

11. Marketing preferences

Where we send marketing communications, you may opt out using an unsubscribe option where provided or by emailing [email protected]. We process opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law. Necessary service-related communications may continue.

12. Privacy complaints

If you believe your personal information has been mishandled, please email details to [email protected].

We aim to acknowledge privacy complaints within five business days.

We aim to provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days. If additional time is reasonably required, we will explain the reason for the delay and the expected timeframe.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

13. Third-party websites

Our website and forms may link to other websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

14. Policy updates

We will review this Privacy Policy periodically and publish updates on our website, together with the date of the latest revision.
